BOSS Richie Wellens insists the mental approach of his Oldham squad must change if they’re to secure a longterm upturn in fortunes.
Over Christmas, Oldham suffered back-to-back defeats for the first time since Wellens took over and are in danger of being dragged into the relegation scrap.
“What we’ve got to try to get rid of is that when we win, people get too high and when we lose games, people get too low. I’m trying to stay in the middle,” he said.
