BOWYER’S KEEN ON LOAN DUO

LEAGUE ONE
BLACKPOOL are on the verge of extending the loans of both Sean Longstaff and Viv Solomon-Otabor, according to boss Gary Bowyer.
Midfielder Longstaff, 20, on loan from Newcastle, has chipped in with some vital goals this season.
Birmingham winger Solomon-Otabor, 21, has also made a real impact at Bloomfield Road and Bowyer wants to keep them both beyond January 6 when their current deals end.
“There are discussions taking place and both boys want to do it,” he said.
“They’ve been fantastic, so hopefully we can get that sorted very quickly.”
