FANS SEEK TO SHOCK ROLAND

LEAGUE ONE
CHARLTON’S fortunes have improved on the pitch this season, but it doesn’t appear to have turned the tide against unpopular owner Roland Duchatelet.
In fact, Addicks fans have formed their own political party to embarrass the Belgian tycoon on his own doorstep.
The Roland Out Today (ROT) party are planning to field a candidate in the local elections in Sint-Truiden next October.
Since 1999, Duchatelet has also been financially involved with football team Sint-Truidense VV.
ROT aim to give voters the opportunity to cast a protest vote against him.
