SINCE his transfer deadline day move to Fratton Park from Dagenham, Oliver Hawkins has captured the attention by playing an emergency role covering for injuries in Portsmouth’s central defence.
However, restored to his customary striking position, the former non-league hotshot produced two reflex first-half finishes to earn Kenny Jackett’s side a comfortable victory over MK Dons.
