FOREST Green Rovers manager Mark Cooper has taken a philosophical view after captain Liam Noble quit the club and then rejoined Notts County on an 18-month contract.
The EFL new boys released the talented midfielder on Monday after he made clear his desire to return to the north east.
Noble had signed a threeyear deal with Rovers in the summer – after Notts had a £100,000 bid for him turned down. And while some fans are fuming at the 26-yearold’s switch to the Midlands outfit, Cooper has kept a calm head.
