EFL EAGER TO END THE ‘WEAKENED’ TEAM ISSUE

FULL-STRENGTH teams, owners’ conduct and additional substitutions were all on the agenda when EFL clubs met on Thursday.
The issue of full-strength teams came under the spotlight when Huddersfield boss David Wagner made ten changes for a 2-0 defeat at Birmingham in late April.
The Terriers had already secured a play-off place and the game wasn’t of high important for them, but the Blues were in a relegation fight with Nottingham Forest and Blackburn.
