EFL GLEE AT £600m TV DEAL WINDFALL

THE EFL have negotiated a £600m deal with Sky Sports for live domestic broadcasting rights from 2019 to 2024.
It represents a 36 per cent year-on-year increase on the current arrangement and means Sky will continue to exclusively broadcast the Sky Bet EFL – a maximum of 150 games per season – Carabao Cup, Checkatrade Trophy and the Sky Bet play-offs.
