RUSSELL Slade is adamant his Grimsby side will be a force to be reckoned with in the division this season, despite their stuttering start.
The 56-year-old, in his second spell as Mariners boss, watched his team win three and lose four of their opening seven games.
“The inconsistency is a little bit of a concern, but there are lots of new partnerships,” said Slade.
“We’ve got the nucleus of a strong group together.”
