GRAEME Lee is confident Chris Trotter is “the right person” to help Hartlepool “move forward” following his arrival as head of recruitment.
Trotter, formerly a scout and head of technical recruitment at Middlesbrough, has left his role as chief scout of Rotherham to take up the position vacated by Lee Turnbull earlier this season.
“I’m over the moon,” said boss Lee, 43. “We’ve had to be patient in the process to secure the right person.
“Chris will be vital as we move forward and we are excited for him.”
