FARREND NETS REWARD FOR ACCY DISPLAYS

DEAL: Farrend Rawson

ACCRINGTON Stanley boss John Doolan has hailed “outstanding” Farrend Rawson after the 29-year-old signed a new two-and-a-half year deal with the League Two side.
The centre-back joined from Morecambe in the summer of 2024 and had made 65 appearances ahead of the weekend’s fixtures, scoring twice.
“It’s massive to have Faz signed up,” said Doolan. “Everyone sees what he gives on the pitch, but what they don’t see is day-to-day, on the training field.
