CHELTENHAM Town boss Michael Flynn is determined to get the best out of new signing Josh Martin.
The versatile forward began his senior career with Norwich and had loan spells with MK Dons, Doncaster and Barnsley.
The 23-year-old has since had permanent stints with Portsmouth, Notts County and Newport County but has struggled to find his best form.
He has now signed a one-year deal with the Robins.
