DANNY Cowley saluted Kyreece Lisbie after he stepped off the bench to rescue a point three minutes from time as Colchester battled back to draw with Tranmere.
The hosts had trailed for much of the game after Tranmere had taken a 15th-minute lead through Connor Jennings.
