Match Preview: Notts County v Harrogate Town (Saturday, 2pm)

Harrogate are unbeaten in five, with two wins and three draws, ahead of the 3pm kick-off.

They face a County team who have won one and drawn two over the same number of games.

With 80 goals in 41 games so far this season, County are the league’s highest scorers with 2.0 goals per game. But they are conceding more than average too, letting in 79 goals at a rate of 1.9 per game.

Harrogate, meanwhile, are below average scorers, with 1.3 goals per game, compared to a league average of 1.5. They have conceded 1.4 goals per game.

Harrogate beat 5-1 last time out, also on Monday, with Matty Daly (two), Abraham Odoh, Anthony O’Connor and Jack Muldoon on the scoresheet.

Saturday’s match will be refereed by Jacob Miles, who has taken charge of eight League Two games so far this season, issuing no red cards and booking 32 players. He has not awarded any penalties.

The last Harrogate game Miles refereed was the 2-1 win away at United on January 30. He is yet to oversee a match featuring County this season.
