Time for three up to League Two is long overdue

Our sister publication, The Non-League Paper, has been among those championing the case for three-up, three-down between the EFL and National League.
It’s now two decades ago since Non-League’s top flight was given a second promotion place via the play-offs.
However, when there are four promotion places on offer from League Two, it does appear somewhat bizarre there are only half that number from the division below.
