Caolon keen to repay Rovers

Striker Caolan Lavery might have landed an 18-month deal at Doncaster – but he knows he still needs to impress if he is to avoid another uncertain summer like the one he endured last year.
The ex-Northern Ireland squad member, who has played in the Championship for both Sheffield teams, found himself still without a club after the August transfer window had closed following his release from Bradford at the end of last term.
Now 30, he admits that there was “an element of worry” that his professional career in this country might have been over.
