ONARIASE’S FAREWELL TO SCUNNY

DEFENDER Emmanuel Onariase thanked Scunthorpe fans for their “support and positivity” towards him after leaving to rejoin Dagenham for an undisclosed fee.
The 25-year-old made 62 appearances and scored four goals after joining the club from the Daggers in 2020.
Onariase said: “Big thank you to everyone at Scunthorpe. Thanks to the chairman for signing me, it’s been a pleasure.
“Special mention to the fans – thank you for the support and positivity towards me from day one. Wishing you all the best for the rest of the season and future!”
