LOAN ACES BACKED BY GARNER…

SWINDON manager Ben Garner has backed young defenders Joe Tomlinson and Brandon Cooper to come back firing from injury and go on to have “great careers”.
The on-loan duo are facing lengthy spells on the sidelines after suffering injuries in a game at Bradford recently.
Full-back Tomlinson, 21, suffered a groin problem in the warm-up, while centre-back Cooper, 22, damaged his knee during the match.
Boss Garner said: “It’s disappointing on both fronts. They’ve both been fantastic.
“They will both come back stronger.”
