KEITH Millen says he is taking inspiration from Manchester City as he tries to implement a new footballing identity at Carlisle.
Millen has tried to inject a measured approach to possession since taking over at the League Two strugglers a month ago and believes the reigning Premier League champions provide a perfect example.
