LEYTON Orient boss Kenny Jackett believes Aaron Drinan’s “character” is “key” to the striker’s impressive form.
The 23-year-old forward had scored ten goals this season heading into Saturday’s clash with Northampton, including a hat-trick against Hartlepool.
“What Aaron has is an excellent character,” Jackett said.
“You put that with a fair amount of ability as well and you do see people then take responsibility, take information on board.
“He’s improved a lot in a short space of time.”
