NEW BOSS KEITH SETS OUT PLAN

NEW Carlisle boss Keith Millen will be patient as he tries to turn the club’s fortunes around.
The 55-year-old took over two weeks ago on an 18-month contract following the departure of Chris Beech.
He said: “I knew there was a lot of work to do at the club and it’s about working out what you can try to improve.
“If you’re improving the players in some way, and they’re gaining a bit more of an understanding of what you’re trying to do, then it’ll put them in a good frame of mind.
“Hopefully I can direct them to a better position.”
