LINDSAY’S LOVING McKIRDY

SWINDON assistant boss Scott Lindsay says the Robins are delighted with the impact of forward Harry McKirdy.
McKirdy’s direct style of running at opposition defences has given Town a cutting edge and the 24-year-old scored in the derby victories over Bristol Rovers and Forest Green in recent weeks.
Ahead of the weekend home clash with Rochdale, McKirdy had scored four goals in nine appearances in all competitions for the club.
Lindsay said: “He’s a bit of a maverick, isn’t he? He’s exciting, he makes things happen.
We’re pleased with him.”
