McGAHEY GETS THE GO-AHEAD

OLDHAM boss Keith Curle says Harrison McGahey is desperate to make up for lost time after his move was finally ratified by the EFL this week.
The defender, who turns 26 today, signed for Latics this summer, but his two-year contract was disputed by the EFL under the conditions of a monitored loan agreement with the strugglers.
“It’s been a lot of work in progress by a lot of people, but we’ve got the end result,” said Curle.
“He is desperate to play.”
