SALFORD City have teamed up with sponsor Health Assured to help raise awareness of men’s mental health with a new campaign – #NoSubstituteForTalking.
Featuring the first team squad, manager Gary Bowyer and co-owner Gary Neville, the initiative was launched at the Ammies’ opening match of the season against Leyton Orient yesterday, with videos being played on screens around the Peninsula Stadium and a social media campaign launched on the club’s channels.
