INJURIES NO EXCUSE – COOPER

FOREST Green Rovers boss Mark Cooper will not use the injuries that have decimated his squad as a reason for losses.
Cooper insists that his side must always be ready to fight for the points, regardless of who’s available.
The 52-year-old said: “We’re not looking for excuses. We’re just trying to get through this period and put as many points on the board until we get those injured players back out there.
“If you go down to the park and have an 11v11 with jumpers for goalposts, the team who runs, fights and competes the most will win the game.”
