GARY Waddock insists Cambridge will “give it a right go” between now and the end of the season as they look to secure promotion.
The U’s sat second in the table, one point off Cheltenham, heading into yesterday’s clash with Oldham, and assistant boss Waddock wants the players to remain focused.
He said: “Experience of being in this position before tells you to enjoy it.
“Don’t look too far ahead and don’t worry about where you find yourself.
“Give it a right go to the final whistle in May.”
