Thomson at the double as Weaver hails Town

HARROGATE boss Simon Weaver saluted a “massive” win after George Thomson inspired a fightback at 10-man Oldham. Conor McAleny’s penalty put the hosts ahead, before Thomson struck his first.
The hosts lost Bobby Grant to a straight red card just before the half-time break, with the away side making their numerical advantage pay when Thomson completed his double.
Weaver was delighted after his side got back on track somewhat after four defeats in five games ahead of the Boundary Park clash.
