JOHN Yems believes his Crawley side is “growing up” after extending their fine unbeaten home run to eight games.
The Reds have lost only three of 18 matches since Yems replaced Gabriele Cioffiin early December and are 10 points off a play-off position.
And the head coach couldn’t be happier.
