Iron full of character as Miller strikes late

RUSS Wilcox was delighted with Scunthorpe’s character after George Miller snatched a late equaliser to claim a draw against Port Vale.
The home side should have put the game to bed after Nathan Smith regained the lead 11 minutes earlier.
But they failed to capitalise on their numerous opportunities and paid the price when Miller levelled as the full-time whistle approached.
