AMBITIOUS Luton Town believe the future is bright after they received planning permission to build a new stadium at Power Court – and intend to ‘do a Leicester’.
The Hatters got the result they were looking for when the planning control committee of Luton Borough Council met on Wednesday night. They can now begin to think about the construction of a 23,000 seater stadium, which they hope could be ready for the 2022-23 season.
