GRAHAM TAYLOR worked nothing short of a miracle when he moulded a team of journeymen into a Fourth Division title winning side.
He took what was essentially a group of players who had been rejected by other Third and Fourth Division sides to achieve the feat.
One of the exceptions was goalkeeper Peter Grotier, who had spent five seasons around the fringes of the first team at First Division West Ham.
