HEAD coach John McGreal admitted his faith in Mikael Mandron had paid dividends after his double secured Colchester victory over Crewe.
Mandron netted twice and Tom Eastman also scored for the U’s to cancel out Jordan Bowery’s first-half opener for travel-shy Alex.
