MY main aim after retiring in 2014 was always to manage. I was a leader in the dressing room and I think I could lead a football club, too.
So I’d like to thank Chesterfield and the fans there for giving me a little taste of that life. I had two weeks in charge and it was amazing. I honestly didn’t think it would be that good.
