ADAMS BACK IN PILGRIM FAMILY

DEREK Adams has returned to Plymouth Argyle as the League One side’s new director of football.
The 50-year-old Scot first joined the Pilgrims as manager in 2015 and his four years at the helm included a promotion from League Two.
He has since managed Bradford and Ross County in-between three separate stints at Morecambe, where he won the League Two play-offs in 2021.
Adams remained at the Mazuma Stadium following last season’s relegation to the National League but was relieved of his duties following a takeover by the Panjab Warriors consortium in Aug...
