Experienced defender Ben Heneghan is hungry to show what he can do after signing for League One strugglers Fleetwood Town.
The 30-year-old, who has not played since suffering an anterior cruciate ligament injury last October, was released by Sheffield Wednesday in the summer.
He has become new manager Lee Johnson’s first signing as Cod Army boss and is eager to get back playing after his lengthy road to recovery.
