Duncan Ferguson is urging his Forest Green troops to go in ‘with all guns blazing' as they bid to shock Sheffield Wednesday this afternoon.
Since taking the reins in late January, the former Everton striker has overseen two draws and seven defeats at the bottom of the table League One outfit.
Yet the 51-year-old Scot remains upbeat and knows no-one will be expecting them to beat the second-placed Owls.
“They are a massive team, have got a massive budget and are flying,” he told The FLP. “We know we are in for a really tough game.
“At the end of the day we're no Sheffield Wednesday at the moment, but we can be competitive and get a result if we're positive and go in there with all guns blazing.”
