DELIGHTED Newport County boss Graham Coughlan saluted his troops after Mickey Demetriou popped up with a last-gasp winner at relegation-haunted Hartlepool on Tuesday. Demetriou headed home in the first minute of stoppage time as the Exiles pulled further clear of the League Two drop zone, but it proved to be the final blow for Pools boss Keith Curle, who was sacked the following day with his side sitting 22nd in the table.
