Gary Caldwell won’t be taking much of an interest in the events unfolding in Qatar this coming month.
“World Cup?” jokes the Scot, whose home nation failed to qualify after losing 3-1 to Ukraine in the play-offs. “I didn’t even realise there was one.”
Which is probably just as well given that Caldwell is currently getting to grips with a new job at Exeter City.
