EAGER KEVIN’S SO GLAD TO STAY AS NO.2

KEVIN Nicholson is excited about the opportunity to be Gary Caldwell’s permanent assistant at Exeter City.
The 42-year-old took interim charge of the Grecians after the departure of Matt Taylor to Championship outfit Rotherham six weeks ago and threw his hat into the ring to take charge on a permanent basis.
However, the Devon club plumped for former Wigan boss Caldwell to take the reins and Nicholson became his interim assistant.
