INJURY AGONY FOR U’S ACE MAY

CAMBRIDGE United have suffered a major blow with the news that midfielder Adam May will not play again this season due to a knee injury. The 24-year-old ruptured his anterior cruciate ligament in the 2-1 defeat by Bristol Rovers a couple of weeks ago. May signed from Portsmouth in the summer of 2020 and has made more than 100 appearances for the U’s. “It’s the worst news.
