PLYMOUTH Argyle midfielder Jordan Houghton says the Pilgrims must “beat the best to be the best” as the League One season sizzles to a climax.
Widely disregarded in August, Plymouth topped the early table for six weeks and have remained in contention despite the departure of popular manager Ryan Lowe to Preston in December.
Now, lying fourth ahead of the Easter weekend and buoyed by a run of seven wins from nine games, they face the mother of all runs-ins.
