CHARLTON manager Johnnie Jackson believes his own experiences as an attacking player can help Addicks midfielder Alex Gilbey.Gilbey, 27, scored his third goal of the season in the midweek win over Gillingham and Jackson feels he has more goals in him.Jackson said: “I played that position, and Gilbs and I have a lot of conversations about that, getting in (the right) positions.“The type of player he is and the ability he’s got – the engine to get up and down the pitch – he should score more goals.”
