ANGUS MacDonald was delighted to complete 90 minutes and score a crucial penalty in Rotherham’s Papa John’s Trophy shoot-out win against Hartlepool.
The defender, 29, made his first outing of the season for the Millers in early February after months on the sidelines with a mystery injury.
MacDonald scored with a well-taken spot-kick after a 2-2 draw, and he said: “I was over the moon to complete a full game.
“My season is starting now, so I’m fresh, I’m firing and ready to get in the action.”
