SHREWSBURY Town boss Steve Cotterill does not expect David Davis to play again this season.The 31-year-old midfielder damaged ankle ligaments during the Shrews’ defeat at home to Portsmouth in midweek.Cotterill said: “He’s had a scan on an ankle and it doesn’t look good. He’s got an appointment to see a specialist, my gut feeling is he’ll be out for the rest of the season.”
