TOM’S A BIG TALENT – EVANS

STEVE Evans was delighted to see Gillingham beat a host of clubs to the signature of striker Tom Dickson-Peters from Norwich on loan until the end of the season.
The 19-year-old has scored 18 goals and provided six assists for the Canaries’ Under-23 side this term.
Evans said: “The young man had a number of clubs he could have joined, such is his talent, but I got a call to say he wanted to come to Gillingham. “He is a lovely kid who wants to continue scoring goals and we will do everything to help him.”
