OLLIE Palmer will not be rushed back from a calf injury, according to AFC Wimbledon’s physio Tim Maynard.
The 29-year-old striker has been out of action since September 22, when he got the injury in the Carabao Cup defeat at Arsenal.
Maynard said: “Ollie is working hard. He’s been doing lots of work, but not outside. With that calf, we just want to be careful how much we push him.
“It’s just a matter of picking the right time for him to get outside for training when he’s ready. The more time we take is probably the sensible approach.”
