FRASER’S EAGER TO MEET UP WITH OLD PALS

FORMER AFC Wimbledon defender Fraser Franks hopes the club’s 2010-11 history-makers will soon be able to stage a long-awaited reunion.
A dramatic penalty shoot-out victory over Luton Town saw the Dons return to the Football League less than a decade after reforming as a club.
Celebrations were originally meant to be held to mark the ten-year anniversary last year but they were yet another event disrupted by the pandemic.
However, with restrictions currently eased, Franks, who made 33 appearances for the club, hopes the overdue catchup can now take place.
