LONG LUCK NOT GOOD AT ALEX…

CHRISTOPHER Long’s short time at Crewe has been blighted by bad luck, with the striker not expected to return to action for at least three weeks.
Since joining Alex, the summer signing from Motherwell, 26, has been forced to self-isolate, come down with a sickness bug and then hurt his knee against Portsmouth.
Long returned to training, but has now suffered a setback, with boss David Artell saying: “It is nothing too serious.
“We are thinking 2-3 weeks and we just have to wait a bit longer for him.”
