COLBY Bishop’s focus is firmly on Accrington after a deadline day move away from the club failed to materialise.

The 24-year-old striker was the subject of a confirmed bid from Peterborough, while fellow Championship sides Preston and Huddersfield were also linked along with Ipswich.
“I was taking it with a pinch of salt and trying to go hour by hour,” said Bishop. “I love this club, I’m so thankful for the opportunity they gave me.
“I’m not that type of person to chuck my toys out of the pram.”
