LEAM’S THE MAN FOR US SAY THE LATICS

LEAM Richardson “wants to lead Wigan into a bright future” according to chief executive Mal Brannigan.
The 41-year-old was named permanent manager on a three-year deal this week after giving Latics a chance of survival following a tough 12 months.
In a statement confirming Richardson’s appointment, Brannigan said: “In Leam, this club is fortunate to have an excellent coach, a strong leader and, most importantly, a person full of integrity.
“We’re delighted he believes in our vision and wants to lead the club into a bright future.
