IPSWICH Town midfielder Cole Skuse was driven by the desire to prove people wrong after returning to action for the first time in five months.The 34-year-old suffered a knee injury in training and had to undergo an operation, but made a welcome return against Plymouth, coming off the substitutes’ bench.He said: “When I first picked up the injury I heard people say ‘that’s him done at his age’, but that added fuel to the fire and give me even more drive.“It was nice to play under the new gaffer for the first time.”
